FMM Perak was formed in 1968 with the objective to provide closer services to members and to look into the development of the local industries. FMM Perak started off with a membership strength of only 20 members. Over its 56 years, membership has been increasing and as of to-date, the Branch is representing over 367 members in Perak.

FMM Perak’s close liaison with various important State Government Departments and Agencies as well as privatized bodies, is testimony of the State Government’s recognition of the FMM as its major partner in the Malaysia Incorporated Concept.
