With the Employment Act Amendment 2022, various changes were introduced, affecting contract terms such as working hours, maternity and paternity leave, discrimination policies, and flexible work arrangements. This webinar will provide a practical guide on how to draft a legally compliant and effective Letter of Employment, ensuring alignment with the updated Malaysian
Employment Act.
OBJECTIVES
