SPEAKER PROFILE
Rohaizah Hashim is a seasoned HR Practitioner with over 30 years of experience managing HR functions, including payroll and audit, across local and multinational companies in diverse industries. A graduate of the Business Excellence (BE)program by MPC, she is committed to enhancing organizational productivity and performance. Holding a Master’s degree in Management and pursuing a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Rohaizah emphasizes lifelong learning and unlocking individual potential. Certified as a DISC Practitioner, NLP Coach, Time Line Therapy Practitioner, and HRDC Trainer, she expertly combines tools and methodologies to inspire personal and professional growth.

REPLACEMENT / CANCELLATION / NO‐SHOW POLICY
Replacement at no additional cost. FMM reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the programme. All efforts will be taken to inform participants of the changes. Participants who did not turn-up at the events are liable for the full payment.
