Production Supervisor

Minimum Qualification :

1. Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing/Production

Required Skills :

1. 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferable in manufacturing operations
2. Must possess strong leadership skills & ability to communicate effectively
3. Responsible and Independent
4. Positive working attitude and physically fit
5. Ability to handle forklift will be an added advantage

Job Description :

1. Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedule and efficiency targets
2. Directly supervise and monitor production staffs
3. Ensure work instructions and procedures are carried out and enforced
4. Proactively solve problems and perform continuous improvement of production system
5. Maintain 5S housekeeping at all times
6. Maintain work flow and manage resources efficiently to achieve company objectives, improve efficiency and productivity
7. Other duties assigned by Management
