Order Fulfilment Executive
Type of Vacancy: Permanent 

Job Description 

• Manage the end-to-end processing of customer Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the ERP system.
• Validate customer information, pricing, product/model, delivery schedules, payment terms, Sales Tax and E-Invoice requirements before order processing.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure effective production planning, packing and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered in accordance with agreed delivery commitments.
• Monitor and track customer orders throughout the order fulfilment cycle, from order receipt to delivery completion and order closure.
• Coordinate finished goods allocation with Planning based on customer priorities and product availability.
• Prepare, issue and maintain accurate Delivery Instructions (DI), ensuring timely communication of any revisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries and other order fulfilment matters.
• Collect, consolidate and communicate customer demand forecasts to support production planning and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer master data, item master data and sales order information within the ERP system.

Requirement   

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain or Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
• Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description 

• To lead and monitor performance of subordinates in daily routine activities.
• Involved in product development to ensure product quality meeting customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to problem solving by identifying root cause and appropriate improvement activities to eliminate the problem arise.
• Report performance and progress of responsible area in a timely manner to superior.
• Monitor process control and product quality meeting QMS requirements.
• Achieve departmental KPI and Quality Objectives
• Preferably familiar with technical drawing, geometric measurements, and hazardous substances requirements.
• Preferably good knowledge and skills in Quality Tools, 8D report writing and performing data analysis.
• Advantage with hands on experience in ISO9001 internal audit.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

• Quality Assurance (QA) Departmental Head oversees all QA activities and manages QA staff.
• Quality Management Representative to establish, implement, monitor, and maintain Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 standard.
• Manage QA department to achieve quality assurance operational objectives.
• Monitor and review QA team performance, identify training needs to develop QA team skills and knowledge.
• Meet financial objectives by preparing budget and scheduling expenditures.
• Accomplish quality assurance objectives by establishing, monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing QMS policies and procedures.
• Coordinate, establish and monitor implementation of quality procedures and standards to meet customer and applicable requirements.
• Convey data trends, results, and potential implications of quality control data, identify, and recommend potential continual improvement to top management.
• Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits to verify consistency and effectiveness of QMS.
• Coordinate management review meeting to report overall QMS performance for top management review.
• More than 10 years’ working experience in quality assurance and the manufacturing industry
• Thorough knowledge about methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point).
