1) BOILERMAN GRADE 1 (BIDOR)

Job Description:

1.   This position is located at Bidor Industrial Estate, 3550 Bidor, Perak.
2.   Ensure smooth combustion in the boiler and control the usage of combustion materials.
3.   Maintain steam pressure at a safe level at all times.
4.   Maintain boiler cleanliness at all times.
5.   Constantly monitor the water level inside the boiler.
6.   Ensure the cleanliness of the boiler's fire side during daily maintenance.

7.  Hndle and complete tasks assigned by the Manager and Engineer.

Required Skills:

1.       Minimum 2 years of working experience possessing a valid Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate.

2.      Must possess at least Boilerman Certificate Grade 2

Qualification:

Possess a Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate (certified by DOSH/JKKP).

2) CHARGEMAN A4 (BIDOR)

Job Description:

1. This position is located at Bidor Industrial Estate, 3550 Bidor, Perak.
2. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations for building facilities, plant machineries.
3. Deal directly with utility providers and regulatory bodies to ensure all installations and operations comply with the Electricity Supply Act 1984 and other legal requirements.
4. Monitor daily power consumption trends, implement energy-saving initiatives, and minimize equipment downtime or power disruptions through proactive planning.
5. Maintain a zero-incident work environment in line with EHS standards while assisting the HOD with maintenance reports, spare parts inventory, and scheduling.

Required Skills:

1.    Must possess a valid Chargeman A4 Certificate registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

2.   Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing electrical systems.

3.   Proficient in using high-voltage diagnostic/testing tools and deeply familiar with Malaysia’s electrical safety regulations and   codes of practice.

4.  Physically fit to work in demanding environments (confined spaces/at heights, lifting heavy equipment) and willing to work rotating shifts and handle emergency on-call duties.
