Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Ensure that the daily delivery schedules are kept at the customer’s request.
To plan and control the Finished Goods (FG) inventory at an optimum level.
To implement FIFO system (First in First Out) at the FG warehouse.
To perform minimum once/month stock count at FG warehouse.
Responsible for quantity of the returned/rejected finished goods are match between physical and delivery order or reject slips.
To manage and control sub-contractor lorry drivers to ensure that all instruction is adhered to accordingly.
Overseeing receiving, warehousing and operations.
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Motivating and disciplined staff, drivers forklift drivers and material handlers.
Do frequently monitor lorry roadtax & Insurance. Ensure lorry for puspakom booking in advance.
Supervising warehousing staff and daily activities,
Ensure do proper delivery routine schedule to all lorry drivers.
Monitor all lorry drivers’ attendance.
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivities.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Checking orders, bills, item received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentation.
5 years’ warehouse experience in Manufacturing line.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Packing Team Lead

Job Description

Ensure all packers comply with customer site EHS requirement.
Conducting daily toolbox talks and safety briefings before starting the packing job.
Reporting accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly.
Coordinating with customer representatives on safety matters.
Ensure availability of Direct/Indirect materials and other relevant accessories for packing activities. To inform supervisor on unavailability of materials require.
Monitor every level of process during packing.
Inspect and check packing process against packing work instruction and customer requirement.
Issue packing / service note and daily packing report to relevant personnel for recording and reporting purposes.
Assist in ensuring the efficiency of operator’s performance.
Assist in monitoring packers and operators’ behaviors.
Assist in ensuring vehicles, tools and other related equipment are well maintained. Promptly informed supervisor on any defect/faulty/missing issue
Ensure company pick up car is well maintained and in good 5S condition all the time.
Ensure and maintain 6S concept at customer area.
Ensure zero complaints from customers.
To assist on other matters assigned by superior.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial packing, crating, or machinery relocation.
Prior hands-on experience in crating large industrial equipment for export or domestic transport preferred.
Familiarity with international packing standards is an added advantage.
Certified forklift operator (7 tons or higher); prior experience operating heavy-capacity forklifts is a strong advantage.
