Initiation of an Expiry Review of Anti-Dumping Investigation on Imports of Prepainted, Painted or Colour Coated Steel Coils by Malaysia

Following a petition from the domestic industry, the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) Malaysia initiated an expiry review of anti-dumping investigation on July 17, 2026 on imports of prepainted, painted or colour coated steel coils, originating in or exported from China and Vietnam.

The product is classified under the HS Code 7210.70.12 00, 7210.70.13 00, 7210.70.19 00, 7210.70.21 00, 7210.70.29 00, 7210.70.91 00 and 7210.70.99 00.

The Investigating Authority (IA) will issue the relevant information and questionnaire to the foreign producers/exporters named in the Petition through the Trade Remedies Investigation Management System (TRIMA) via https://traderemedies.miti.gov.my/.
