Job Description

• To supervise and monitor production / steel fabrication activities.
• To control and lead the production workforce.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, method statements, etc.
• To assist in monitoring the factory upkeep and maintenance of working machinery.
• To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications

• Min SPM or Certificate
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Has a good leadership in managing workers.
• Has good interpersonal
• Computer literate, basic skill in MS Excel and Word.
