This is to inform you in a letter dated 26 April 2021 to all Chambers of Commerce& Industry including FMM, the Northport (Malaysia) Bhd has directed for the following information to be publicised to all stakeholders on the compulsory wearing of face mask at Northport premises as follows:

• Management of Northport has imposed the compulsory wearing of face mask at all times while in Northport premises, with immediate effect and until further notice.
• Failure to comply with this directive is considered a HSE Omission Notification (HON) offence and will be penalised, andentry into Northport premises will be denied.
• Northport will continue implementing all the initiatives that have been carried out since March 2020, to ensure that the risk of COVID-19 exposure is minimized for the safety and health of their employees,customers, contractors, service providers and other port users.
