Minimum Qualification :

1. At least SPM

Required Skills :

1. Computer literate. Knowledge of Corel software is an advantage
2. Able to lead a team of local & foreign workers to achieve on-time delivery
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to understand/communicate in English is highly

Job Description :

1. Assist Factory Manager & provide timely data
2. Supervise workforce to achieve targets & the required quality
3. Train, motivate & guide production staff
4. Maintain workforce discipline & ensure compliance to factory rules & regulations
5. Ensure effective communication with production workforce
6. Others responsibilities as assigned by the company
