Job Description:
  1. Develop and implement robust digital strategies utilizing SEO, SEM, and social media for enhanced brand visibility and customer engagement. Analyze digital trends and algorithms for optimization. 
  2. Craft targeted BTL campaigns encompassing activations, experiential marketing, and direct mail to engage specific demographics. Measure effectiveness through response rates and customer engagement metrics. 
  3. Ensure product labels comply with industry regulations and standards. Oversee label design, content accuracy, and regulatory approvals to maintain compliance. 
  4. Manage trademark strategies to safeguard brand assets and maintain legal compliance. Monitor trademark infringements and initiate legal actions if necessary. 
  5. Lead end-to-end campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends. Monitor campaign lifecycles and iterate based on performance metrics for continual improvement. 
  6. Develop content strategies aligned with brand tone and values. Supervise content creation across platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance for target audiences. 
  7. Manage digital ad campaigns across diverse platforms, optimizing targeting and ad spend. Analyse campaign metrics for ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  8. Plan and execute BTL activations, from ideation to logistics, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand representation. Evaluate post-activation engagement and feedback for refinement. 
  9. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, generating insightful reports for key stakeholders. Derive actionable insights for future campaign optimization. 
  10. Assist in formulating marketing budgets, aligning expenditures with strategic objectives. Monitor spending against budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation. 
  11. Foster relationships with external agencies and partners. Negotiate contracts and collaborations to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness. 
  12. Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and consumer behaviors. Apply findings to adapt and innovate marketing strategies. 
  13. Uphold brand integrity by ensuring consistent representation across all marketing initiatives. Monitor brand sentiment and address deviations promptly. 
  14. Oversee product recall processes and manage PR crises swiftly and effectively. Coordinate internal and external communications for timely resolution and brand protection. 
Required Skills:
  1. Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, crisis management strategies
  2. Progressive experience in diverse marketing facets within the FMCG sector
  3. Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on compliance adherence
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills 
  5. Innovative mindset adaptable to evolving market dynamics and consumers’ behaviour
  6. Ability to manage multiple project effectively

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field and 5 years related experience in FMCG sector
