On the 11th November 2022, FMM Penang Youth Committee (YC) organized a Factory Visit to UBCT at Batu Kawan, which is Lead by Dr. Matin Ng and Deputy Chairman, Mr. Yen Wei Yun with a total number of 16 members company joined the visitation as well and our guest of honor, Dato' Lee Teong Li, Chairman FMM Penang also attended the visitation together. 

The purpose of the visit was to learn about the adaptation of IR4.0 to SMI manufacturing companies. Moreover, there was also product demonstration from UBCT such as UMF1000, UMF600, and the robotics arm known as Franka Production 3 which combined human-centered design with trustworthy German engineering and deep software competence. 

UBCT has proved that the visions of Industry 4.0 can be implemented into reality and offer a new horizon in production.
