FMM Salary, Benefits & Employment Conditions Survey in the Manufacturing Sector for 2024/2025
The FMM Salary, Benefits & Employment Conditions Survey is a NATIONWIDE exercise, and is targeting 300 respondents. The aim of the Survey, which is a bi-annual survey, is to be a useful benchmark for the manufacturing sector.
The survey outcomes include comparable, accurate and timely benchmarks across-the-board, by industry, size and locations. The 2024/2025 survey includes a special section on Fringe Benefits, a benchmark highlights which is sought after by many, and Special Topics on Minimum Wages Policy, Progressive Wage Policy (PWP) and Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA).
Survey respondents will receive a FREE Executive Summary report while the full survey report will be published for sale with special rates for respondents.
Members are strongly encouraged to participate in the Survey as it will contribute to:
- Setting the nationwide benchmark for salary and benefits policies in the manufacturing sector.
- Being the reference point for peers, investors, government, researchers and academicians.
- Significant cost savings by participating in the Survey instead of using consultants.

To ensure that the report reflects a more representative practice of the industry, the special rates for respondents are subject to the completeness of the questionnaire received by the FMM Secretariat.
Deadline for submission of the complete survey questionnaire is January 31, 2025.
