Reference is made to FMM’s Circular GI/27/2022 dated November 30, 2022 on the FMM Salary, Benefits & Employment Conditions Survey in the Manufacturing Sector for Year 2022/2023. To recapitulate, FMM’s Survey is to evaluate demand and supply of labour, wages and bonuses trends and level and skills shortages in the manufacturing sector.
The survey outcomes will include comparable, accurate and timely benchmarks across-the-board, by industry, size and locations. This 2022/2023 survey includes a special section on Fringe Benefits, a benchmark highlight which is sought after by many.
Survey respondents will receive a FREE copy of the Executive Summary. The full survey report would be published for sale with special rates* for respondents of the report.
*To ensure that the report reflects a more representative practice of the industry, the special rates for respondents are subject to the completeness of the questionnaire received by the FMM Secretariat.
FMM has targeted 300 companies to participate in this year’s Survey in order to provide a more comprehensive and representative analysis. A higher response rate will result in better benchmarking for the manufacturing sector.
In this regard, the deadline for submission of the duly completed questionnaires has been EXTENDED to February 20, 2023 to enable more companies to participate.
