Tan Sri Dato' Soh Thian Lai, FMM President attended the Malaysia Qatar Business Council (MQBC) Meeting held this morning, April 17, 2025, at MITI Kuala Lumpur. His attendance highlighted the FMM's steadfast commitment to strengthening bilateral business relations between Malaysia and Qatar, as he joined key stakeholders for discussions geared towards fostering enhanced economic collaboration.
The meeting commenced with Welcome Remarks by Dato’ Seri N Gobalakrishnan, President, National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM); Remarks by His Excellency Salah Mohammed A. B. Al-Sorour, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Malaysia; a presentation delivered by the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Malaysia; the introduction of MQBC council members by the Chairman, Datuk Mohamed Razeek Hussain bin Md Hussain Maricar, and Welcome Remarks from MITI Deputy Minister, YB Tuan Liew Chin Tong.
