YBhg Tan Sri Dato’ Soh Thian Lai, President of FMM delivered the Welcome Address at the dinner followed by the Keynote Address by Guest-of-Honour, Yang Amat Berhormat Dato' Sri Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia and Minister of Plantation and Commodities, representing YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Apart from the scrumptious dinner, the audience were entertained by Mathew Ngau, an indigenous traditional artist from Malaysia's Borneo state of Sarawak who is considered by the Malaysian government as the National Living Heritage followed by singing performance by Mashi and her band.

Among other highlights include presentations of Certificate of ISO 37001:2016 - Anti-Bribery Management Systems, FMM ICON of the Year 2023 Award, FMM Membership Growth Award, FMM 55^th Anniversary Cake Cutting Ceremony and plaque to sponsors. 

It was an evening to remember as members of FMM mingled with guests coupled with various activities held in the foyer such as the lucky draw for the book by Yang Amat Berhormat Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia entitled SCRIPT – For A Better Malaysia, ice-cream servings by Nestlé Malaysia, F&N Teh Tarik demo and servings and metal wire keychains by OKU.
