Production Controller (1 Position)

• Plan, monitor, coordinate, and control daily production activities to ensure smooth production flow, on-time delivery, and achievement of productivity and quality targets.
• Prepare and control daily production plan.
• Ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor daily capacity, manpower, machine utilisation, and output achievement.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Material Store, QA, Maintenance, and Shipping departments.
• Monitor material availability and WIP status to avoid production interruption.
• Follow up quality and delivery issues affecting production flow.
• Prepare daily production and output reports.
• Support Kaizen, productivity improvement, and line efficiency activities.
• Monitor maintenance activities to minimise machine downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Qualification and Required Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, supply chain or its equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience (preferred Production Controller role).
• Experience in manufacturing (electronics is an advantage)
• Good in planning, communication, and problem-solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel / ERP systems
• Knowledge in MRP (Material Requirement Planning) is an added advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
