We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Senior Executive / Executive to join our team in driving the marketing, sales, and leasing activities of this landmark corporate development.

Job Description 

• Promote and market Capstone Corporate Suites to prospective purchasers, investors, tenants, corporate occupiers, and business partners.
• Generate and follow up on sales and leasing leads through direct marketing, networking, digital platforms, corporate outreach, and agency collaborations.
• Conduct presentations, site visits, and project briefings to clients, agencies, and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property agencies, corporate clients, GBS operators, investors, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, corporate events, networking sessions, and property launches.
• Assist in executing branding, marketing campaigns, advertising, PR activities, and social media initiatives for the project.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and commercial property developments to provide market intelligence and recommendations.
• Prepare sales reports, marketing updates, customer databases, and management presentations.
• Support negotiations, documentation coordination, and customer service throughout the sales or leasing process.
• Work closely with internal departments, consultants, and external marketing agencies to ensure smooth project promotion and execution.
• Maintain professional product knowledge and stay updated on the latest commercial property market developments.

Requirement   

• Candidates with experience in office leasing, corporate sales, or dealings with MNCs, LLCs, SMIs, SMEs, manufacturers, and business owners will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM/database management.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion and interest in commercial property may also be considered for Executive positions.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Mass Communication, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in commercial property, office towers, mixed developments, or corporate real estate.
