FMM Presents Mock Cheque for Cyclone Ditwah Relief Efforts to High Commission of Sri Lanka in Malaysia on February 23, 2026

FMM President Mr Jacob Lee Chor Kok, together with FMM Deputy President Dato’ Andrew Goh Boon Kim, FMM Vice Presidents Dato’ Palaniappian Joseph and Datuk Noraini Soltan, Chairman of the FMM Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Branch Dr Helena Eian Yeut Lan, and Chairman of the FMM Youth Committee Ts Stanley Siew, presented a mock cheque for Cyclone Ditwah Relief Efforts in Sri Lanka to His Excellency Mohamed Rizvi, Acting High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Malaysia on February 23, 2026.
The contribution followed an earlier courtesy meeting with His Excellency Mohamed Rizvi, during which areas where FMM and its members could provide meaningful assistance toward post-disaster recovery were discussed. The discussions also focused on the upcoming Sri Lanka Expo, highlighting opportunities for FMM members to engage with Sri Lankan businesses and strengthen bilateral trade and industry cooperation.
