The Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) has been
authorised by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI)
to be the sole distributor of the Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO).
The PCOs are used to apply for preferential tariff reduction for products
offered under the Free Trade Agreements between Malaysia and partner
