The Malaysian Manufacturing (FMM) and Siemens Malaysia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on November 3, 2025. This agreement aims to promote smart manufacturing technology, knowledge sharing and training collaborations between the two parties. Leveraging its global experience and success in the manufacturing sector, Siemens Malaysia will share its expertise in Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and the Internet of Things (IoT), ultimately supporting the Industry’s digital transformation.
The MoU was signed by FMM President, Tan Sri Dato’ Soh Thian Lai and Mr Tindaro Danze, President and CEO of Siemens Malaysia.
Present during the MOU signing ceremony were Mr Jacob Lee, FMM Deputy President; Tan Sri Saw Choo Boon, FMM Council member; Encik Azli bin Norali, FMM Council Member; Dr Helena Eian, Chairman of FMM Selangor & KL; Mr Yong Yoon Kit, Vice Chairman of FMM Industry 4.0 & Digital Economy Committee and Datuk Dr Yeoh Oon Tean, FMM CEO.
The participants were also briefed by the technical experts and toured around the Siemens Xcelerator Experience Center.
