Malaysia’s main Employment Laws, namely Employment Act 1955 (EA), Industrial Relations Act 1967 (IRA) and Trade Unions Act 1959 (TUA) are being reviewed by the Ministry of Human Resources (MoHR). Some of the proposed amendments have major significance on employers.

The timelines for tabling the amendments to Parliament and coming into force have yet to be announced.This briefing is organised to share and update HR Practitioners on some of the proposed amendments released for public comment by the MoHR.

The briefing conducted by FMM HR/IR Advisor, Mr Kesavan will provide:
