Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Minimum Qualification :

  1. Diploma or SPM

Required Skills :

  1. Computer Literate
  2. Pleasant Personality with Good Interpersonal and Communications Skills
  3. Positive Attitude
  4. Fluent in Mandarin, Malay and English
  5. Able to work independently

Job Description :

  1. Follow up with customer after delivery and on repeat orders
  2. To coordinates between customer, sales personnel and production related to customer feedback
  3. Update to customer on deliveries to be made on the particular day and monitor customer’s stock in hand from time to time
  4. Ensure that the Collection Aging List is updated with Accounts department for collection
  5. Follow up outstanding PO/SO/SC with production planner
  6. Monitor and purge outstanding Purchase Order daily and report to General Manager
  7. Do systematic filing of customer files and any others relevant documents for Marketing department
  8. Provide report on quotation status and customer feedback report
  9. Ensure that all documents and procedure is carried out in accordance to ISO 9001:2000 system such as signature, filing of forms, recording, reference, notification, etc
